FOR INDEPENDENT TRADE BUSINESSES

Good quotes.
Don’t leave them
hanging.

You’ve scoped the job and sent the price. QuoteTend helps you follow up, keep track of replies and know what needs your attention.

One brand for independent trades. Starting with a roofing pilot.

01 / A SIMPLE PROCESS

Less chasing.
More clarity.

Keep a clear record of what happened after the quote went out, without handing over your technical decisions.

01

Start with your open quotes

We agree which existing quotes are suitable, check their status and set the follow-up schedule together.

02

Follow up in your voice

Short, approved emails through one authorised channel. Follow-ups stop when a customer replies, opts out or the quote is no longer valid.

03

Know what needs you

Questions and decisions come back to your team. A weekly summary shows messages, replies and the outcomes you’ve confirmed.

Your expertise stays yours.

You handle technical advice, revised prices and work schedules. We focus on the follow-up.

02 / OUR FIRST PILOT: ROOFERS

Built for trades.
Starting with roofers.

We’re starting with residential roof replacement quotes in Greater Manchester and Cheshire. A focused first pilot will help us learn what works before we extend the service to other trades.

This is a new service. We don’t have customer results to claim yet, and we don’t promise extra sales.

03 / WHO IT’S FOR

Already sending quotes?
Let’s close the loop.

You send written quotes for planned trade work.

You have outstanding quotes and capacity to take on work.

Someone on your team can answer customer questions.

If your current follow-up already works well, or you need more enquiries rather than help with existing quotes, this may not be the right fit.

ANOTHER TRADE?

Same question.
A different kind of job.

Plumbing, electrical work, landscaping or another trade: if following up written quotes takes time away from the job, we’d like to understand your process.

Register interest. The first paid pilot remains roofing only.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we talk.

Can other trade businesses join?

You’re welcome to register your interest. Our first pilot is limited to residential roofing businesses in Greater Manchester and Cheshire. We’ll use what we learn before opening pilots for other trades; there is no wider launch date yet.

Are you selling leads?

No. The pilot follows up quotes you’ve already sent to your own customers. It does not generate leads or contact homeowners who haven’t asked you for a quote.

Will you send emails without my approval?

We agree the wording, timing, eligible quotes and sending permissions before the pilot starts. Replies pause the follow-up process. Technical questions, prices and commitments go back to your team.

What happens when a customer says no?

We record the outcome and stop the follow-up. The same applies to opt-outs, accepted or withdrawn quotes and expired offers.

What do you need to get started?

First, a conversation about how you currently manage quotes. If the pilot is a fit, we agree scope, access, data handling, service hours and who will respond to questions. Please don’t send customer records in an initial enquiry.

Is this a 24/7 service or technical advice?

No. Service hours are agreed before a pilot begins. Your team remains responsible for technical advice, emergencies, pricing, site visits and work schedules.

How will we judge whether it worked?

We’ll review follow-up activity, customer replies and the outcomes your team confirms, alongside the time required to run the service. An accepted quote is recorded separately from payment received. A small pilot cannot prove that every new job came from follow-up.

LET’S START WITH YOUR PROCESS

What happens after
you send a quote?

Tell us your trade and how you follow up today. Roofers can ask about the first pilot; other trade businesses can register interest as we develop the service.
