QUOTETEND FOR ROOFERS
You’ve surveyed the roof and sent the price. QuoteTend helps you follow up, keep track of replies and know what needs your attention.
Our first pilot market: Greater Manchester & Cheshire.
Your wording. Your timing. Your approval.
Has the customer replied? Is the quote still valid?
Choose an example below.
“Does the quote include replacing the guttering?”
A process example, using fictional information.
Existing quotes.
Thoughtful follow-up.
01 / A SIMPLE PROCESS
Keep a clear record of what happened after the quote went out, without handing over your technical decisions.
We agree which existing quotes are suitable, check their status and set the follow-up schedule together.
Short, approved emails through one authorised channel. Follow-ups stop when a customer replies, opts out or the quote is no longer valid.
Questions and decisions come back to your team. A weekly summary shows messages, replies and the outcomes you’ve confirmed.
You handle roof advice, revised prices and installation dates. We focus on the follow-up.
02 / START SMALL. LEARN SOMETHING.
Our first pilot is for local roofing businesses. The pilot is a practical way to find out whether a more consistent follow-up process is useful to your team.
This is a new service. We don’t have customer results to claim yet, and we don’t promise extra sales.
Your questions, answered£350proposed fixed pilot fee
Up to 25 existing, eligible quotes
One authorised email channel.
03 / WHO IT’S FOR
You send written quotes for residential roof replacements.
You have outstanding quotes and capacity to take on work.
Someone on your team can answer customer questions.
If your current follow-up already works well, or you need more enquiries rather than help with existing quotes, this may not be the right fit.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
No. The pilot follows up quotes you’ve already sent to your own customers. It does not generate leads or contact homeowners who haven’t asked you for a quote.
We agree the wording, timing, eligible quotes and sending permissions before the pilot starts. Replies pause the follow-up process. Technical questions, prices and commitments go back to your team.
We record the outcome and stop the follow-up. The same applies to opt-outs, accepted or withdrawn quotes and expired offers.
First, a conversation about how you currently manage quotes. If the pilot is a fit, we agree scope, access, data handling, service hours and who will respond to questions. Please don’t send customer records in an initial enquiry.
No. Service hours are agreed before a pilot begins. Your roofing team remains responsible for technical advice, emergencies, pricing, site visits and work schedules.
We’ll review follow-up activity, customer replies and the outcomes your team confirms, alongside the time required to run the service. An accepted quote is recorded separately from payment received. A small pilot cannot prove that every new job came from follow-up.
LET’S START WITH YOUR PROCESS
Tell us a little about your roofing business and how you follow up today. We’ll see whether the pilot makes sense.
